Nick Diaz’s hearing with the NSAC gets ANOTHER delay

Nick Diaz and Anderson Silva were both originally scheduled to meet with the Nevada State Athletic Commission on August 13th at a hearing which will decide the fate of their suspensions. Scheduling conflicts will forbid Diaz from attending this Thursday’s meetings, however.

A representative of Diaz has confirmed that his attorney will not be able to attend the meeting on Thursday, MMA Junkie learned.

Nick Diaz was originally suspended for failing his UFC 183 post fight drug test for marijuana. His hearing has been delayed several times. Stay tuned to BJPENN.COM for more on this story as it develops.
