Pure Intensity! : Watch Jon “Bones” Jones Breaking Records

By bjpenndotcom - November 25, 2015

Jon “Bones” Jones gives us a sneak peak clip during a workout session. The former UFC champ has been in numerous short clips showcasing his transformation. “Bones” (21-1 MMA 15-1 UFC) breaks his bench press record.

Jones is on a mission to get on the UFC 198 card in New York City. However, multiple failed attempts to bring regulated MMA to the state have failed. With all the legal matters addressed and Jones itching to come back, we’re sure to see more of “Bones” in the future.

I personally want to see Jones fold a barbecue grill in half with his bare hands to show up Sage Northcutts frying pan antics. But, this lift is impressive enough. As always, enjoy the video.
