Former UFC middleweight and Fox analyst Brian Stann said he approves of the UFC’s decision to make an example of Chael Sonnen by cutting the two-time title challenger.

After this @MMAEncyclopedia took a shot at Stann and his military background in a Tweet that has since been deleted, saying:

“@BrianStann Wasn’t Chael in the foxhold with you there Mr. Stann? Seems like a very ‘commissioned officer’ response. No loyalty?”

To which Stann responded:
