Conor McGregor has been stating for some time that he would be attending UFC 179: Aldo vs. Mendes II in Brazil, and would even place banana peels around the ring, many laughed the statements off. McGregor is going through with his decision however, and will be attending UFC 179 this Saturday, no doubt keeping a close eye on the match, which could produce his next opponent.
