Rockhold signs 8-fight deal, promised ‘Big Fight’

UFC middleweight Luke Rockhold is coming off a 2nd round submission win over Michael Bisping earlier this month in Sydney.

Rockhold revealed on UFC Tonight that he just signed a new 8-fight win streak with the UFC, and has been promised a “big fight” for his next bout.

Rockhold is ranked #5 on the UFC’s official rankings, with only Lyoto Machida, Vitor Belfort, Jacare Souza, Anderson Silva ranked above him, and all booked for fights except Jacare, a potential rematch could be on the horizon.
