Rousey’s 8 Mile? UFC Champ To Produce And Star In Autobiographical Film

Looks like UFC champion Ronda Rousey, fresh off her 34 second KO over Bethe Correia, will have another movie project in the future.

According to Variety.com, the rights to Rousey’s book ‘My Fight/Your Fight’ have been picked up by Paramount Pictures and now the movie adaptation is being created. The book will star Rousey and she will help produce along with Mary Parent. Mark Bomback will be adapting the book into a screenplay.

There is no release date or filming date set for the project yet. Do you think her movie can be as successful as something like 8 Mile, which was also a biographical film about Eminem, who helped create it and starred in it.
