Rumble Slams Bader –– ‘You Havn’t Fought Anyone In The Top 3’
It was reported last week that UFC light heavyweight Anthony ‘Rumble’ Johnson wanted to fight Ryan Bader. That was what his manager said and Rumble had yet to publicly say anything about Bader. Until now that is.
The fighter took to his Facebook and posted rant about how Bader is calling himself the number one contender, but hasn’t fought anyone in the top three.
He goes on to officially say that he wants to fight ‘Darth’ and that he’ll be waiting.
This fight makes sense to most. With Cormier vs. Jon Jones 2 likely to happen, it only seems logical that Rumble and Bader for face off to determine who the next title challenger would be.
What do you guys think, should these two fight, and who do you think would win?
Just read that Ryan Bader said he’s the number one contender. Well, imo, he isn’t by any means. How can a true athlete…

Anthony Rumble Johnson fought Daniel Cormier for the vacant UFC light heavyweight title and lost. Bader once fought Jones and was finished with ease. The bout make sense by all accounts, but getting Bader to agree, when he’s spoken out that he will wait for D.C., might be hard to do.
If the UFC opts to book this pivotal match up, do you sign on with the explosive Anthony Johnson, or pick the TUF champ, a now seasoned veteran in Ryan “Darth” Bader?
No official word from the UFC on what’s next for either fighter, but fans surely wouldn’t complain if this fight was booked?
Jon Jones is currently still serving his UFC induced suspension, but no one can discredit his prior title reign, or the fact that he’s the division’s true champion… Sorry D.C..
