Ryan Bader vs. Anthony Perosh Booked For UFC Fight Night 33 In Australia
UFC officials have put another light-heavyweight matchup together for their return trip to Australia.
Both Ryan Bader and Australia’s own, Anthony Perosh have agreed to a fight.
UFC Fight Night 33 goes down at the Queensland capital at Brisbane Entertainment Centre on December 7. While broadcast plans have not been officially announced the event is expected to air live and free on FOX Sports 1.
Perosh has been on both the giving and receiving ends of first round KO’s in his last two UFC outings. First he was knocked out by Ryan Jimmo in just seven seconds at UFC 149 and then he followed that up with a KO of his own against Vinny Magalhaes at UFC 163. Combined the Australian fighter has spent less than 30 seconds in the cage in his last two outings.
Ryan Bader last saw action against Glover Teixeira where he was knocked out in the first round. The defeat gave him an overall UFC record of 8-4 and snapped any potential for a win streak in the immediate future.
With the addition of this light-heavyweight bout the UFC Fight Night 33 card stacks up as follows:
