Thiago Alves Returns To Training

Thiago Alves made one of the best returns to the Octagon in April against Seth Baczynski, however the return was short lived because shortly after Alves had to undergo knee surgery.
In this video on his Instagram we can see Alves has returned to training, no word yet on when he will return to the Octagon.
