TWITTER BEEF: Lamas and McGregor trade shots

After defeating Dennis Bermudez this past weekend at UFC 180, Ricardo Lamas revealed to media members that he would like to fight Conor McGregor next.

McGregor, who is booked to fight Dennis Siver in January, took note of Lamas’ comments, and took to Twitter to diss ‘The Bully’.

Should McGregor defeat Dennis Siver in January, there is a strong possibility he will be rewarded with a title shot. However, UFC President Dana White has also stated that the winner of this Saturday’s Edgar vs. Swanson bout will likely earn a title shot against Jose Aldo.

Chad Mendes has stated via Twitter that he would like to fight Lamas (See that HERE), in what would likely see the winner thrown back into the top 3 in a stacked featherweight division.
