“UFC 189: McGregor vs. Mendes” Drug Test Results Are In
With the absence of Jose Aldo, Conor McGregor took control of the UFC’s featherweight division at “UFC 189” when he finished Chad Mendes in the second round by way of technical knockout. The results have been made final as all fighters tested clean, according to documents from the NSAC.
The Nevada State Athletic Commission drug tested subjected Conor McGregor, Chad Mendes, Robbie Lawler, Rory MacDonald, Dennis Bermudez and Jeremy Stephens to out of competition drug tests. The NSAC revealed that all fighters listed above tested negative.
While those six fighters were tested out of competition, every other fighter on the card was tested the fight of the night and those came back negative as well.
