Today the CABMMA, Brazil’s athletic commission, released the results of the ‘UFC 190: Rousey vs. Correia’ drug tests.

UFC 190 went down on Aug. 1 in Brazil, where UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey took on Bethe Correia in the night’s main event. It didn’t last long however, with Rousey landing a punch 34 second into the match that sent Correia face first into the mat.

The CABMMA did not release which fighters were tested or even how many were tested, but those who were, gave blood and urine samples.

The CABMMA released this statement about the testing:

The athletes were subject to a comprehensive testing program that consisted of both blood and urine collections. All results came back negative.

The urine and blood samples were collected by a team of Doping Control Officers (DCO), all of whom are certified in accordance with the WADA International Standards, and sent to WADA-accredited laboratories for analysis.

All sample collections were conducted by personnel from CABMMA or the Brazilian Authority for Doping Control (ABCD), with representatives from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) present during the sample collection process as well.

CABMMA has adopted the UFC Anti-Doping Policy which will guide all CABMMA testing at sanctioned bouts.

So there you have it, all fighters tested were negative for any banned substances.
