UFC Fight Night 38 Results: Dollaway Knocks Out Ferreira In Round 1, Top 15 Opponent Next?

CB Dollaway rebounded from a loss at UFC 166 with an exciting knockout victory tonight against Cezar Ferreira.

Cezar Ferreira tried to charge at CB Dollaway with hooks but he did not keep his hands high to prepare for Dollaway’s counter shots. With his back against the cage, Dollaway landed a counter left, then then dropped his opponent with a counter right. Dollaway smelled blood and jumped on top of the downed Ferreira and started teeing off. Ferreira stiffened up and the referee called a stop to the fight in under a minute.

CB Dollaway mentioned he may have injured his right hand in this fight.
