UFC Fight Night 67 Results: Alex Oliveira Makes Quick Work Of Noons, Submits Him In First

In one of the more anticipated fights of the night, KJ Noons took on Alex Oliveira.

Noons ran to the center of the octagon and immediately landed a leg kick. Noons landed an nice left hand. Noons moved well and avoided some of Oliveira’s punches. Oliveira clinched and looked for a takedown. He got Noons down and tried to get the back right away. Noons stood up but Oliveira picked him up and slammed him down. Noons got up again and again Oliveira picked him up and put him down. He was able to lock in the hooks and take the back Very quickly he locked in the rear naked choke and Noons really had no chance of getting out of it. He was forced to tap.

Too bad for Noons who looked to be landing early on the feet.
