It was no shocker that former UFC champ Dominick Cruz would engage in a verbal assault on current champ TJ Dillashaw before they ‘hook em up’ on 17th of this month.
The fact that Cruz was never beaten to lose the strap and was years ahead of the bantamweight pack with his style and movement.
Injuries forced “The Dominator” out of competition resulting in the emergence of a new champ with an old ‘similiar’ style that Cruz recognizes as his own.
