UFC signs Cody Garbrandt of Team Alpha Male

The UFC has signed rising star Cody Garbrandt, who trains out of Team Alpha Male alongside fighters like Urijah Faber, Chad Mendes, Joseph Benavidez, and bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw, to name a few.

Garbrandt, who is a perfect 5-0 in his pro MMA career with 5 stoppages, will be making his UFC debut at UFC 182 on January 3rd against Marcus Brimage.

In addition to Garbrandt’s 5-0 pro MMA record, he has compiled a 32-1 amateur boxing record over the last 9 years, and was a successful high school wrestler.
