UFN Glasgow Results: Joseph Duffy Stays Unbeaten In The UFC With Submission Win
The last man to beat Conor McGregor, Joseph Duffy, faced of against Ivan Jorge at UFC Fight Night: Glasgow.
Duffy came out with some funky head movement. He was getting the better of the stand up early. Jorge decided he wanted to get the fight to the ground. Duffy connected with a huge knee that Jorge ate and kept coming. Jorge clinched Duffy on the cage. After not doing much they separated. Jorge managed to land a nice combo. Jorge shot in again, grabbed Duffy and tried to get a pick up slam. When he took Duffy down he fell right into the triangle.
Duffy had it in tight, he grabbed Jorge’s leg and postponed himself to make the choke tighter. He got it an Jorge was forced to tap. Very impressive performance for the Irishman.
RESULT: Duffy wins via submission (triangle choke) at 3:05 of round 1
