GALLERY! Disgruntled UFC Vets Visit NFL Union
At the end of last year, it was announced that Nate Quarry and Jon Fitch, among other fighters, would be filing a class-action lawsuit against the UFC.
Since recieving his lifetime ban, Wanderlei Silva has been extremely out-spoken against the UFC, releasing several rant videos regarding how the UFC treats fighters.
This weekend, Silva, Quarry, and Fitch joined the NFL Players Association, in what appears to be an attempt to gain understanding, and eventually form a fighters union. Wanderlei even met with NFLPA Executive Director Demaurice Smith, who he says is “The most powerful sports union leader”.
