UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey has been training for her upcoming title defense against Holly Holm set to take place at “UFC 193” in November. The two are currently in the middle of their training camps for the Melbourne, Australia clash, but that doesn’t stop “Rowdy” from fulfilling her champion-duties of media appearances!

Rousey recently appeared on FOX to hype the upcoming week of football in a video with the theme of “legacy”. While young players like Carolina Panthers’ Cam Newton and veterans like Detroit Lions’ Calvin “Megatron” Johnson battle for greatness on the gridiron, Rousey has already solidified herself as one of the all-time greats of our sport. She offered her hand at breaking down week seven of football and did a damn-good job at it! Check out the video above!
