VIDEO | Clean Muay Thai switch kick knockout

The ‘switch kick’ has long been used by Muay Thai phenom Saenchai, however the move is becoming more and more common in combat sports. From Yair Rodriguez’ knockout of Andre Fili, to Paige VanZant’s knockout of Bec Rawlings, the switch kick is rapidly becoming more and more utilized in MMA.

During a recent Muay Thai fight at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium on May 5th, Arthur Meyer picked up a clean switch knock knockout win over Petsuphan Sor.Jor.Lekmuangnon. The win returned Meyer to the win column following his unfortunate loss to Tanachai Kelasport in early April which snapped a 3-fight win streak for the French native.
