Former UFC veteran Nick Pace may have taken a 4 year hiatus from MMA after being released from the UFC in 2011, however he returned to competition in 2015, winning the Cage Fury Fighting Championship bantamweight title, before then defending the belt in February of 2017. Both wins came by submission.

In the video above, you can see Pace demonstrating his ‘Pace Choke’, an impressive submission from bottom half guard, which can be used to either sweep an opponent, or secure the submission.
