During the reign of former UFC women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey, the topic of whether or not Rousey could defeat a male fighter was heavily discussed.
While no commission would likely authorize such a fight, two striking experts went toe to toe in 1994 in a fascinating display between Lucia Rijker, arguably the most dominant female combat sports athlete of her generation, and Somachai Jaidee, who went into the bout with a 13-1 Muay Thai record.
